To give managers a better understanding of the key principles of blue ocean strategy (BOS).

Using a combination of presentations, small group exercises, and “learning by doing.”

Participants are given opportunities to test drive the tools of BOS using generic case studies (if public), or internal products / services (if in-house).

Participants will be empowered with BOS tools, especially Strategy Canvas, 3 Tiers of Noncustomers, Buyer Experience Cycle and 6 path framework.

|
No practical “in the field” application of the tools and methodologies.

Target Group: If public – open to all levels. If in-house – open to key staff / decision maker (maximum of 25 participants).
